Read this before you fly with it
IGC Master is a ground-based planning and analysis aid. It is not a navigation instrument, not an official source of airspace information and not a substitute for pre-flight preparation. The pilot in command remains responsible for the conduct of the flight, for airspace clearance and for the accuracy of any declared task.
Using the service
IGC Master provides browser-based tools for glider flight analysis, task planning, turnpoint handling, airspace display, SoaringSpot imports and related reporting. The service is intended for preparation, review and learning. It may change as the product develops.
You must use the service lawfully, provide accurate information where an account is required, and avoid actions that could interfere with the site, other users or connected third-party services.
Your account
You are responsible for keeping your sign-in details secure. If you register with an email address, we may use that address for login, confirmations, security notices and service-related messages. We may suspend accounts that are misused or appear to compromise the service.
Your flight data
Uploaded IGC files, generated tasks, imported competition data and related analysis outputs remain your operational data. The service may store technical metadata, file names, processing results, map settings and timestamps needed to provide the requested functions.
Do not upload data that you are not entitled to use. Competition, club or tracker information may be subject to the rules of the relevant organiser, platform or tracking network.
Privacy
For users in the European Economic Area, United Kingdom or Switzerland, personal data is handled with GDPR-style principles in mind: purpose limitation, minimisation, access control, retention only for a reasonable purpose, and the ability to request access, correction or deletion where the law allows it.
We may process name, email address, club or organisation, login events, IP address, browser metadata, contact messages, account status, uploaded file metadata and service logs. These records are used for account handling, support, security, abuse prevention, product operation and legal compliance.
Google Analytics is prepared for site statistics. Where analytics is active, Google may process technical usage data according to its own policies and applicable consent or browser settings.
The site is hosted by FastComet. Email, payment, analytics and hosting providers may process technical or transactional data only as needed for their role.

Prices shown at checkout include VAT calculated for the customer’s country. Stripe processes card-payment details; IGC Master does not store card numbers.
Subscription renewal date, price, cancellation route and access end date are shown before purchase. You may cancel before the next renewal; access continues through the paid period.
For immediate access to digital services, checkout asks for your express request and acknowledgement that the statutory right of withdrawal ends when the credits or subscription are activated.
We provide refunds where required by law or where a service fault prevents fulfilment. Contact us within 14 days of the issue; any approved refund is made through the original payment channel.
European consumer and professional use
IGC Master may be used by private pilots, clubs, organisers and other aviation-related professionals. Nothing in these terms limits mandatory rights that cannot be excluded under applicable European consumer law. If a user acts on behalf of a club, company or competition, they confirm that they have authority to do so.
Third-party sources
IGC Master may display or import information from external sources such as SoaringSpot, OGN/Glidernet, airspace publications, map providers, uploaded CUP/OpenAir files and other user-supplied files. These sources may be incomplete, delayed, changed or unavailable. Always verify operational decisions against the official and current source.
Liability
The service is provided as a planning and analysis aid. To the maximum extent allowed by law, IGC Master is not liable for flight decisions, navigation decisions, airspace infringements, competition declaration errors, data loss caused by third-party systems, or damages caused by relying on outdated or unofficial information.
Nothing in these terms excludes liability where exclusion would be unlawful, including liability for intentional misconduct or other non-excludable obligations under applicable law.
Service partners
Current operational partners include FastComet for cloud hosting and Stripe for card payments. Provider documentation applies to the parts of the process handled by each provider.
